"They Poop It We Scoop It"

Residential Service Agreement
The following agreement outlines our policies and procedures. As a new and highly valued Martini Pet Services, Pet Waste Removal LLC client, you will be required to agree to these terms to start services (in our onboard form). Nothing to fancy, just a couple stipulations to make sure we are all understanding of what is expected. By confirming you read and agree , you give Martini Pet Services, Pet Waste Removal LLC and its employees permission to enter your property to perform said duties, (No pun intended) and agree to all stipulations herein.
How It Works:
Once agreement is filled out, we will set up your initial cleaning (this may not fall on what will be your regular scoop day).
A technician will come, walk the yard and scoop the poop. The waste will be double bagged and placed in receptacle or spot the client chooses. We then disinfect our tools and shoes , load up and head to the next scoop.
-Due to always changing conditions we Do Not guarantee a time of day.
-If the yard is not kept up (tall grass, leaves, debris, etc) we will get what we can see.
-We do not move lawn objects to scoop but will scoop around them.
-If waste is frozen to the ground and will not come up after several attempts, we will leave it and get it when it is able to be scooped.
-If gate is locked or frozen we will not be able to scoop.
1. OUR FEE: Payment will be required upon your first cleanup, and subsequent payment on auto pay each month thereafter. Payment date will be on the 1st of the month or another agreed upon day of the month. Failure to pay, or auto payment not able to be processed will result in a suspension of services until account is up to date. Re start fees may apply.
*Starting January 2022 there will be a small annual increase (we will do our best to keep it as low as possible and still provide great service).
2. LATE FEE: There will be a $5.00 per month fee for payments not received on or by the due date. $25.00 service charge will be added for checks returned unpaid by the bank. Any account unpaid after 90 days will be subject to legal actions and/or turned over to our collection agency. This could affect your future credit rating.
3. HOLIDAYS: Your fee includes certain Holidays we will observe without compensating service:
Memorial Day Independence Day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Thanksgiving Day New Year’s Day Vacation*
4. LEGAL STUFF: We reserve the right to change service days as needed. If you are missed due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. illness, downed vehicle, lazy employee, your invoice will be credited for the missed scoop, or a change in scoop day for that week.
*If your scoop will be re-routed due to vacation or short staffing (illness/injury/other) we will give as much notice as possible.
*If you are missed due to acts of God/Nature, i.e. heavy rain, snow, hurricane, earthquake, tsunamis, etc., your bill will not be pro-rated and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill.
*If the yard is not accessible do to no fault of MPS, and we are unable to scoop you will not be credited for the missed scoop (Example but not limited to: gate locked, snow obstructing entry, aggressive dog in yard).
*You will notify Martini Pet Services LLC with any changes to number of dogs using the yard services before next scheduled service date.
*While we love dogs we may require that you keep your dogs indoors while technician is scooping, this is for the protection of our staff and your pets.
*We will send a text alert ahead of scooping, we reserve the right to confirm dogs are inside or confined.
Although we do everything we can to prevent dogs from escaping, Martini Pet Services, Pet Waste Removal LLC cannot be responsible for escaped dogs due to defective gates and/or latches. We will notify you if we see your gate is in need of repair. Remember to always check your gates before letting pets outside!
Either party may terminate agreement at any time.
